The problem

You see the cases every week.
Most of them walk back out the door.

A patient breaks #8. Or the lower-left molar finally cracks. You take the X-ray, run the scan, look at the chart , and you refer it out. Every time. Because the surgical decision feels like a black box.

Problem 01

The lost revenue.

The average GP refers 3–5 implant cases a month. At $4K–$15K per case, that's six figures a year walking down the street to the specialist you trained next to.

Problem 02

The lost relationship.

Once a patient hits the specialist's office, the restorative case becomes a coordination problem. Sometimes you get it back. Often you don't.

Problem 03

The fear of bone loss.

Most weekend courses teach surgery without teaching the system. You leave with hand skills and no decision framework , so the cases that matter still scare you.

Hand skills aren't the problem. The system is.

Capability 05

Provisionalization & Loading.

Immediate vs. delayed. ISQ thresholds. How to deliver a beautiful provisional that supports , not stresses , the implant.

Capability 06

Complication Management.

Gray show-through, buccal plate fractures, primary stability failures, soft tissue collapse. Recovery playbooks for the cases that don't go to plan.

The curriculum

Fifteen sections.
One complete system.

Nine teaching modules take you from rationale to marketing. The six sections that follow are the tools you keep: implementation checklists, interactives, procedure checklists, and a library of forms, consents and patient handouts. 138 lessons in total, awarding 40 ACE CE credits accredited in all 50 states. Built on the most recent peer-reviewed literature on immediate implants, hundreds of studies synthesized into clinical decision points.

Your instructor

Dr. Nick Ciardiello.

I built Limitless On Demand because I was tired of weekend courses that taught surgery and skipped the system. The dentists who win at immediate implants don't have better hands , they have better frameworks.

Over the last decade I've placed thousands of immediate implants , anterior, molar, complex , and refined the protocols that became this curriculum. Built on the most recent peer-reviewed literature, not anecdote. This is what I wish I'd had when I started.

No brand affiliations. No paid promotions inside the course. When I recommend something, it's because I use it.

Ask a question
Do I need previous implant experience? +
No. The curriculum starts at biology and moves to surgical execution in order. If you've placed implants before, you'll move faster , but the system doesn't assume prior experience.
How is this different from a weekend course? +
Weekend courses teach hand skills. This course teaches the decision system around the hand skills , case selection, phenotype, 3D positioning, complication recovery, soft tissue management. You can rewatch any module forever as your cases evolve.
Will this teach me to manage complications? +
Section 11 is dedicated to it. Plus the Complication Recovery Playbook bonus covers buccal plate fractures, primary stability failures, soft tissue collapse, and early failure recognition with visual references.
Can my associate use the same login? +
One login per dentist. Group enrollments are available. Contact us for team pricing if you have multiple providers.
What if I'm already placing implants but want to add immediates? +
This is exactly the dentist this course is built for. The transition from delayed to immediate is the highest-leverage skill upgrade in implant dentistry , and it's the section weekend courses skip.
How do shadowing opportunities work? +
Once enrolled, you can apply for in-person shadow days at Limitless Dental in Jersey City. Watch live immediate-implant cases, ask questions chairside, see the full surgical and restorative workflow. Spots are limited per month , first come from the active member roster.
What's the Limitless Buyers Club? +
Free group-purchasing access for members. Same vendor relationships our practice uses , implants, surgical supplies, lab work, passed through at member pricing. Most dentists save thousands their first year alone.
What payment options are available? +
Pay in full or split into 3 monthly payments. Lifetime access begins immediately on enrollment.
Are these courses CE accredited? +
Yes. Mastering Immediate Implants awards 40 ACE CE credits, accredited through AADB ACE, the continuing education program of the American Association of Dental Boards (AADB), also known as DentalACE. Because the dental boards run this program themselves, AADB ACE credits are recognized in all 50 states and the Canadian provinces, the same way ADA CERP and AGD PACE credits are. Your CE certificate is generated automatically in your Dental Track dashboard and emailed to you the moment you complete the course and pass the quiz, so it is ready whenever you need it for a board audit. If you have any questions about how the credits count toward your license, we encourage you to reach out to your own state dental board. For more information, visit dentalace.org.
Can I share my course access with another dentist? +
No. Course access and Skool community access cannot be shared. If we notice your login being shared with anyone, your account will be banned immediately.
What is your refund policy? +
Due to the nature of digital course content, we are unable to cancel orders, offer refunds, or process returns. We recommend reading through every FAQ and the full course outline before enrolling.
Do you accept international orders? +
Yes, we accept orders internationally. Shipping is included in your enrollment, whether your package ships within the United States or internationally. For international shipments, any customs fees, duties, or taxes are separate from the course price and are paid by you.
How does shipping work for the hands-on kit? +
Shipping is included in your enrollment for every course that comes with a hands-on box, in the United States and internationally. When your kit goes out, UPS emails you automatically as soon as the shipping label is created, so you can follow it from our door to yours. Tracking the package from that point is your responsibility. For international shipments, any customs fees, duties, or taxes are separate from the course price and are paid by you. If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us for any reason, including unpaid customs charges or an incorrect address, we will need to bill you for re-shipping.
