Dr. Nick opened Limitless Dental® in Jersey City to give patients the kind of dentistry he would want for his own family. That works for the people who can get to Jersey City. It does nothing for anyone else.
There is only one honest way to change the care a patient gets in a town you will never practice in, and that is to change what their dentist is capable of. That is the whole idea behind Limitless On Demand.
The catch is that the best teaching in this profession has always meant flying to it, several weekends and weekdays at a time, away from your own operatory. That is the barrier Limitless On Demand was built to remove. Every course on this platform exists so that a dentist somewhere else does a better job for the person in their chair tomorrow morning.

This is the honest limit of learning from a screen. You can watch a workflow fifty times and still hesitate the first time it is your handpiece and a real person in the chair. Video alone does not close that gap.

In the hands-on module you build alongside Dr. Nick, on the model, at your own pace, as many times as it takes, before any of it touches a patient.

Dr. Nick owns Limitless On Demand and built the platform. He teaches three of the courses himself, and he turns up inside the other ones too, walking through a different way of approaching the same case or contributing case material of his own. He still practices full time, and every protocol he teaches here was run in his own operatory first.
He is a New Jersey native. He studied Mathematics at the College of the Holy Cross, where he played Division I baseball, earned his DMD at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, and completed a one-year General Practice Residency at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. He has served the Jersey City and Hoboken area for over six years.
He is a graduate of the Kois Center in Seattle, where he trained under Dr. John Kois, an Implant Pathway Fellow, trained in Arizona under Dr. Justin Moody, and a graduate of the Implant Accelerator program. In 2022 he received the Fellowship award from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and he is certified by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics to administer Botox and fillers, with more than 1,000 hours of continuing education of his own behind him. He lectures nationally and internationally, including the Florida Dental Convention, ThriveLIVE, the ASDA National Leadership Conference in Chicago, and dates in Las Vegas, Dallas and Guyana.
In September 2023 he opened Limitless Dental® as a scratch startup and collected $2 million in the first year. He built it rather than bought it, and the systems that got him there are the ones he teaches.
Dr. Nick is not the only one teaching here.
Limitless On Demand is built to carry more than one clinician, and the faculty is curated. Dr. Nick chooses every one of them himself, and he chooses the ones he sees as lifelong contributors to the Limitless On Demand community rather than a guest for a single course. The test does not move: a working dentist doing the procedure at a level worth copying, who will teach it the way they actually do it, including the parts that did not work the first time.

Dr. Mitch runs a solo cosmetic and comprehensive restorative practice in the Kansas City area, nineteen years in, with the last eight of them built around occlusion and full-mouth rehabilitation. Everything he teaches for Limitless On Demand is what he does on his own patients. His course, Mastering Occlusion, is in production now.
He is a Midwesterner. He studied Biological Sciences at Kansas State University, earned his DDS at the University of Missouri, Kansas City in 2008, and has lived in Kansas City since 2004, with four years in Breckenridge, Colorado, shortly after dental school.
He is a Spear Education graduate, an Implant Pathway Fellow and a graduate of the Clinical Mastery curriculum, where he has mentored since 2023. His training also runs through the Dawson Academy and the Kois Center, more than 1,500 hours of it in the last ten years, with further coursework in TMD, clear aligner therapy and Botox. He is resident faculty at Clinical Mastery and a mentor at Elevated.GP, has taught with the Midwest Dental Conference and Voices of Dentistry, and walks dentists through complex cases across the country.
He is candid about how he got here. Six or seven years into general dentistry he had stopped enjoying it and was actively looking for an exit. What brought him back was bigger, comprehensive work, the kind he calls transformative dentistry, and after that, teaching it. He has been published in Inside Dentistry twice, first in 2023 and again in October 2025 with his ten-step full-mouth protocol, the 10:10 Sequence. He wrote that one for the same reason he is building the course: the knowledge to treat these cases is hard and expensive to get, and there are a lot of patients who need it.
